Following this success, AKTI led the way in implementing the Croatian stakeholder workshop on April 11, focusing on the identification of research and innovation gaps and needs as well as solutions in the blue economy.
Stakeholders from diverse sectors including Aquaculture & Fisheries, Smart Ports, Marine Protection & Maritime Security, Marine Technologies, and Research & Education contributed insights, paving the path for sustainable solutions!

Green Enough: Check out our latest developments in Wrocław, Poland!

Last week, the Green Enough project, including AKTI, came together in Wrocław, Poland.

The meeting provided the partners with the first opportunity to test their augmented reality phone application. This innovative tool is designed to make recycling education accessible for individuals with disabilities and others, offering a fun and interactive way to identify and sort different materials for recycling.

We have taken significant steps in developing our training course for professionals working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. By incorporating the key principles of Universal Design for Learning, this course empowers professionals to provide individuals with disabilities with a deeper understanding of environmental issues. This understanding enables individuals to make informed decisions and implement sustainable practices tailored to their preferences.
