AKTI Project and Research Centre and Mediterranean partners have been successful in the application process for the Minorities on the Israel trail project.

The Israel National Trail is a 1,100km nature trail that crosses the entire country north to south.

The “Minorities on the Israel National Trail”  project aims to bring together European and Israeli NGOs for a week of hiking and hands on work, visiting a number of Israeli minority communities along the trail and learning about how to create environmental education programs appealing to the youth from immigrant and minority groups. The idea is to discuss ways that environmental activities can help celebrate diversity and respect.
