Are you an artist, a professional working in the Cultural and Creative Sectors, or involved in cultural research and creative practice? AKTI Project and Research Centre (Cyprus), RUNONART (Greece) and Studio 18 (Malta) invite you to apply for the three-day Cross-Fertilisation Bootcamp, taking place in Cyprus in July 2027, as part of the European project CoRES.
Fifteen artists and creatives from Cyprus, Greece and Malta, five from each country, will come together to exchange knowledge and experiences, develop artistic works, and jointly shape policies and practical solutions to support the green transition and strengthen the resilience of the Cultural and Creative Sectors.
What to expect: Through hands-on workshops, collaborative creative activities and interactive discussions, you will explore the principles of sustainability, discover good practices that connect art with the environment and gender equality, and exchange knowledge and experiences with 14 other artists and creatives from Cyprus, Greece and Malta.
Your ideas will make a difference! The solutions and policy recommendations you develop alongside other participants will contribute to the DeCyDe-4-Arts Policy Tool, developed through the CoRES project. This tool will propose solutions to strengthen climate resilience, social inclusion and representation within the Cultural and Creative Sectors.
Who can apply: The call is open to artists, creative professionals, cultural researchers and practitioners working across a wide range of artistic disciplines, including visual arts, theatre, dance, film, music, digital arts, community arts and interdisciplinary creative practices. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, be legal residents of Cyprus, Greece or Malta, and be active in the Cultural and Creative Sectors.
What the programme covers: CoRES will fully cover participants’ flights and accommodation in twin rooms on a half-board basis. Participants will also receive an artist fee.
