Tiganokinisi was presented as a good example of sustainable practice that can be adopted by the schools in the Info-day organised by AKTI and the Pedagogical Institute of Cyprus. The event took place on the 26th of February 2015 at FILOXENIA Conference Center, Nicosia. More than 600 people participated in the relevant info-day including educators, members of the parliament, representatives of public authorities, relevant governmental authorities and NGOs. The mass media covered the event in the main evening news. The event was organised under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture. During the info-day the winning schools participating in Tiganokinisi’ s competions for the period 2013-2014, were awarded. EuroLife and Ambrosia Oils were honored for their support to the programme within the framework of the companies Social and Environmental Responsibility.

At the spot, several organisations exhibited their work in the Green Technology Exhibition providing the schools’ s representatives with simple ideas to make our schools more sustainable and environmental friendly!
